Spotify manage plan

Basic plans

Basic plans are billed monthly.

Basic is available for previously existing Premium subscribers. Eligible subscribers will see Basic as an on hand plan on their account page.

If you cancel your Basic intend, it’s not possible to resubscribe to it.

Basic plans won’t incorporate monthly audiobook listening time, but audiobooks are available to subscribers as one-time purchases.

Address not found?

If your address doesn’t autocomplete, enter the entire address, then pick Find.

If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close widespread space or building. Just don’t exploit someone else’s address.

Member verification

We ask members to verify that they live with the plan manager by providing their full address:

  • When they join
  • When the manager changes address
  • If we can’t confirm their address

Note: We don’t track your location. We only test your address to verify.

Member failed verification?

If there’s any data entered by an invited member that we can’t approve, we’ll send them an email to reverify. They just need to penetrate their full mention within 7 days of getting the email.

If the email verification is achieving, the account will stay on Premium Family.

If the email verification fails or they miss the 7-day window, the invited member’s account loses access to the pla

How to cancel Premium plans

Cancel your Premium plan any time on your account page.

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Select Cancel plan, under Your plan at the top of the screen, or under Manage your plan.
  3. Continue through to the confirmation message.

Your Premium stays until your next billing date, then your account switches to free.

You hold your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads.

Cancel your Premium Individual or Basic plan any second on your account page.

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
  3. Scroll to Cancel Spotify and click Cancel Premium.

Your Premium stays until your next billing appointment, then your account switches to free.

You keep your playlists and saved melody when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads.

If you’re a prepare manager, follow the steps above to cancel your plan. Make sure you let all plan members know as they’ll forfeit their Premium benefits starting from the next payment date.
